I grew up in Manchester. I've built my life in Finland.
In between, I've spent 30 years working with people and organisations navigating change — and walking more than a few versions of it myself.
Manchester taught me about teamwork, grit and showing up. Finland taught me something different — that knowing when to pause, reflect and recharge is not weakness. It's how you sustain anything worth sustaining.
That tension between pace and stillness, between pushing forward and slowing down enough to see clearly — that's at the heart of everything I do.
I'm a coach, facilitator and creator of New Ground. I work with individuals ready to navigate real change honestly, and with teams and organisations that understand growth comes from the inside out.
What I've learned after 27 years is this: the people who thrive aren't the ones who work hardest or move fastest. They're the ones who know themselves — what's genuinely strong in them, what they stand for, and what they're building toward. And they keep learning, even through the difficult parts. Especially through the difficult parts.
That's what New Ground is about. And it's the work I'm most proud of.
